Weekly Recap #9

raffish

It's been a busy week, so ima keep this short. Even as our month-long Avengers tribute drew to a close—well, technically we've got a couple New Avengers scenes left in the queue—we launched into a brand new one for the Russian series След (Sled) which should run well into summer.

We also continued our tradition of letting the week's birthdays inspire new posts and upgrades of familiar classics like Candyman: Day of the Dead, the Starsky and Hutch episode "The Psychic," and Annette O'Toole's long ordeal from The Huntress. Other classics, like Inocentes and the famous "Il vicino di casa" episode of the '70s anthology series La porta sul buio, needed no such inspiration: it was simply time for them to show up.

Toss in a few solid requests, and before we knew it, it was April. May the new month treat you well.
